WVDO Room Rentals

Located in the historic Terminal Sales building in downtown Portland, we are pleased to offer two distinct meeting/conference spaces for rent.  We offer competitive rates and a convenient location with both public transportation and parking nearby.



Community Room
A large, flexible space with movable tables and natural light.  Seats up to 30.  2 hour minimum rental.

WVDO Nonprofit Members:  $25/hr
WVDO Consultant Members: $40/hr
Non Members: $50/hr



Conference Room
A private, interior room (no windows) with a large fixed conference table.  Seats 8 - 10.  1 hour minimum rental.

WVDO Nonprofit Members: $20/hr
WVDO Consultant Members: $30/hr
Non Members: $40/hr

Rentals are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm and may be reserved up to 90 days in advance.  Special requests may be considered on a case by case basis.

All rentals include access to hot & cold water, coffee and tea in our lobby and WIFI at no cost.

Use of the main kitchen is extra.  Access to meeting equipment (projector, conference hub, easels/flip charts) is extra.

Hot and cold water, coffee, and tea is available in our lobby at no cost. If you will need access to a refrigerator or prep space for food and/or beverages our main kitchen is available to rent for a flat fee of $25

WIFI is available in both rooms at no additional cost. Easels/flip charts, wireless conference hub, and a projector are available for an additional fee.
